The Connections area acts as a central team directory, bringing together the people, organizations and team members you and your team work with. The benefits to this are:
- A centralized place shared by everyone in the team, making it easier to stay connected with clients, suppliers and other contacts that any of your team are working with.
- A connection's email address only ever needs to be added to Workiro once, then is available to the whole team.
In additional, this area will display any connections that have opened a Workiro thread with your or your team.
When initially opened, the connections area displays a list of suggestions based on connections that you have open threads with or have recently interacted with.
Underneath a connection is an indication of whether they are a part of an organization or your team. Follow this link to find out more about associating a person to an organization.
Connections can be easily searched using the search bar at the top of your connections list, and can also be organised and filtered based on your type of relationship to help you focus on who you want to see.
Clicking "See all" will display a list of all connections.
If you do not wish to see certain connections displayed in your list, you can hide connections from view.
