- Thread title: Client: Identity Verification Request, Annual Review, Strategy Report etc
- Participants: The thread creator will always be added. You can include specific connections here too.
- Documents: Upload any supplementary documents
- Comments: Can be usefully used to add any extra details
- Relates to: 'Categorise' or 'file' your thread by relating it to connections, tags, or projects

Applying a template
This option allows you to merge parts of your template with a partially created thread. This is useful, for example, when you have a document already attached via an integration. Start by creating a thread, then from the drop-down menu on the thread creation screen choose to 'Apply template...'

When you apply a template to the thread the fields are merged or overwritten as follows
Thread | Apply template... |
Type | Overwritten by template |
Title | Overwritten by template |
Participants | Merged |
Comments | Overwritten by template |
Documents | Merged |
Relates to... | Merged |
Team visibility | Overwritten by template |
You can now create repeated tasks more easily and efficiently!
