Team member and connection changes cannot be managed yourself yet within the app (although we're working on it!).
If for any reason you either:
- invite a team member by mistake
- invite the wrong email address as a team member
- need to remove someone from your Workiro team
- need to change someone from a team member to a non-team connection
Please contact the Workiro Support Team directly at help@getbusy.com with the following information:
1. The change you require
2. Specify the email of the person in question that needs to be changed
3. Confirm the email address of the Workiro Team Owner of the relevant team
We will be happy to assist you with this.
If however, you wish to remove a non-team connection from your connections list, because you are either no longer working with them or added them by mistake, you can simply hide this connection.
