Do you find yourself regularly doing or sending the same or similar tasks?
Although you could create individual new tasks from scratch every time, there are 3 better ways you can handle these in Workiro:
1. Create and use task templates
2. Automatically schedule task templates
3. Pause tasks until next time
1. Create and use task templates
Use these to create tasks more quickly when needed, saving you time from creating from scratch every time.

2. Automatically schedule task templates
If you know in advance when you need to create/send these tasks again, you can create a personal task template and set it with an automatic schedule, so Workiro automatically creates and sends a new task using this template as and when you need them to. You'll be notified in your Catch-up when these tasks are automatically created.
3. Pause tasks until next time
Rather than mark tasks as complete once done, simply pause them until the next time you need to do them. When it reaches the date and time you've chosen, the task will automatically resume and remind you that this task has come up again.
This is particularly good if you want to be able to refer to previous comments, documents and history related to this task, every time you need to action this.
Which way will you choose?
