How does this work?

Workiro Intelligence AI analyzes the first and last two pages of any PDF you upload against a connection or project in Workiro and matches the content against the team tags in your account. It then provides suggested tags to help you quickly categorize and organize your documents.

How do I enable the feature?

The feature is available to teams in our beta program. To enable it for your team contact us via your account manager, our support team or send an email to product@workiro.com

What types of documents does it work with?

The feature currently supports PDF documents. Analysis is limited to the first two and last two pages to ensure speed and efficiency.

How are suggested tags generated?

Tags are generated by comparing the content of your PDF against the tags you’ve already set up in Workiro. The system uses advanced text analysis to identify relevant keywords and phrases. Learn more about Workiro Intelligence.

Can I edit or reject suggested tags?

When suggestions are provided, you can either.

• Add the suggested tags directly.

• Ignore irrelevant tags.

Does the feature work with existing tags or create new ones?

The feature only works with team tags you’ve setup in Workiro. It does not create new tags but will suggest the most relevant ones from your existing list.

How accurate are the suggestions?

Accuracy depends on the quality of the tags you’ve set up and the content in your documents.

Is there a limit to how many PDFs I can analyze?

There are no limits in the beta phase, but performance may vary based on the volume of documents being processed.

Does this work with multiple PDFs?

At this stage AI analysis can only be applied to a single PDF on upload.

Can I give feedback about the feature?

Yes, please! Your feedback is very important to improving suggested tagging. Use the “Feedback” option in the app after using the suggested tags. We can't wait to hear from you.

Is my data secure during analysis?

Absolutely. We use encryption to ensure your document data remains private and secure. The content is analyzed within the Workiro ecosystem and is not shared externally. Learn more about Workiro Intelligence.

What happens if the content spans more than two pages?

Currently, the feature focuses only on the first two pages of the document. If you believe additional pages should be included, let us know through feedback.

Can I opt-out of the beta feature?

Yes. You can disable the feature at any time by getting in touch.
